CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Hotel Cardós has a flexible cancellation policy with the needs of all our guests. To accommodate the maximum, we will divide the cancellation policy according to the type of payment chosen by the customer:

ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 100% OF THE RESERVATION

  • FREE CANCELLATION 72h in advance in all seasons; except from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.
  • FREE CANCELLATIONS 5 days in advance from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.

CHARGES in case of cancellations less than 72 hours in advance:

– First night charge.
– The rest of the payment will be returned to the card with which the customer paid.

 

ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 30% OF THE RESERVATION

  • FREE CANCELLATION 72h in advance in all seasons; except from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.
  • FREE CANCELLATIONS 5 days in advance from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.

CHARGES in case of cancellations less than 72 hours in advance:

– First night charge.
– If 30% corresponds to an amount higher than the payment of the first night, the amount corresponding to the card with which the customer paid will be refunded.
– If 30% corresponds to an amount lower than the payment of the first night, the amount corresponding to the card with which the customer paid will be added.

 

PAYMENT IN CASH (ON DEPARTURE FROM THE HOTEL)

  • FREE CANCELLATION 72h in advance in all seasons; except from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.
  • FREE CANCELLATIONS 5 days in advance from August 1 to 31, weekends in July, from December 24 to January 6, Easter, long weekends and holidays.

CHARGES in case of cancellations less than 72 hours in advance:

– First night charge.
– The charge will be made on the card indicated by the customer in the booking process.

HOW TO CANCEL

Send us an e-mail to [email protected] with the following details:
– Confirmation number of your reservation
– Name and DNI of the holder of the reservation
– Dates of the reservation to be canceled

TAXES AND TAXES

– Tourist tax (0.60 € / person and night)
– 10% VAT included in all our online prices

CARDS ACCEPTED AT THE HOTEL CARDÓS

Hotel Cardós accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily charge an amount before entry:
– Visa
– Mastercard
American Express cards are not accepted as a method of payment.

INFORMATION OF INTEREST

RESERVATIONS WITH CHILDREN

  • Children from the age of 16 are considered adults.
  • The price shown corresponds to the adults in your search. If you are traveling with children, add them to see the correct prices and occupancy.
  • Hotel Cardós does not have cots or extra beds.

ENTRY AND DEPARTURE SCHEDULES

Entries from 2 p.m.
Admission before the scheduled time is subject to availability.

Departures before 12 noon.
Departure after the scheduled time is subject to availability.

Late Check-out.
Late check-out is possible at an additional cost depending on hotel availability.

Special entry instructions:

  • Our reception staff will be waiting for guests on arrival.
  • During check-in, the credit card holder used to make the booking must present the card and a photo ID.

RENEWALS AND CLOSURES

This accommodation will be closed from December onwards (approximately 8 December) until Easter (March-April).
Our apartments will remain open all year without closing dates.

PETS

Pets are allowed in both the hotel and the apartments. The cost of pets in the superior rooms of the hotel is 18 € / night and pet, in the standard rooms it is 9 € / night and pet and in the apartments it is 9 € / night and pet. All these prices include VAT.

OTHER DETAILS

  • Upon arrival, they can ask for an official photo ID and a credit or debit card.
  • Special requests cannot be guaranteed, are subject to availability upon arrival and may incur additional surcharges.
