The Hotel Cardós opens its doors from 1 July 2020 under the preventive health measures indicated by the competent authorities, so that all our customers can enjoy their summer holidays in the Pyrenees under maximum security in front of the Covid -19.

First of all, we will explain the general health measures applicable to all areas of the hotel:

• It is advisable for all guests to wear their own mask for the common areas that Hotel Cardós will make available to its guests.
• Customer service must always be done with a mask or face shield and never more than 3 people outside the family or cohabitation group inside the hotel reception always maintaining the physical distance of 2m between them.
• Hand sanitizer dispensers located in strategic areas of the hotel.
• Upon arrival at the hotel, all guests will receive a brief explanation of the health and safety measures to be followed during their stay.

The health measures that Hotel Cardós will take to deal with coronavirus in terms of customers are:

• Guests must follow the health regulations that will be explained upon arrival at the hotel.
• Temperature control for all guests on arrival at the hotel.
• In the event that a customer exceeds the temperature of 37.5 º, the corresponding health protocol will be followed and they will be advised to visit the nearest medical center urgently.

What will be the protocol in case someone has symptoms of infection?

In the event that a person exceeds the temperature of 37.5º at the time the temperature is taken, the protocol to follow will be as follows:

• You will be provided with a mask and insulation until the transfer to your home.
• Contact the nearest medical center.
• Disinfection of the facilities and material with which that person has been in contact.

Will the hotel pool be open?

As indicated by the competent health authorities, from PHASE 3, our pools will be in full operation for a capacity of 50%.

Remember that Hotel Cardós has a large swimming pool and a small children’s pool on its own grounds. In addition to another large and small swimming pool located in the area of ​​the hotel apartments. All four will be available to all our guests, so don’t worry because you will be able to enjoy all of the pools without a hitch.
